All items offered are non-physical digital Star Citizen products delivered through the official RSI gifting system. Due to the irreversible nature of digital transfers, all transactions are final once delivery has occurred. A cancellation may only be accepted prior to the transfer of the item. After the transfer has been initiated or completed, cancellation is no longer possible. Returns and exchanges are excluded entirely, as digital items cannot be reclaimed, revoked, or modified following delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their RSI email address and RSI handle are correct. The seller does not assume liability for unsuccessful or misdirected transfers resulting from incorrect information. The in-game Hangar Log constitutes binding proof of delivery. Once the transferred item is listed, the order is deemed completed and cannot be reversed.
