All items offered are non-physical digital Star Citizen products delivered through the official RSI gifting system. Due to the irreversible nature of digital transfers, all transactions are final once delivery has occurred. A cancellation may only be accepted prior to the transfer of the item. After the transfer has been initiated or completed, cancellation is no longer possible. Returns and exchanges are excluded entirely, as digital items cannot be reclaimed, revoked, or modified following delivery.
